Augghhhh! Regular spam isn’t bad enough?! Blogspam?! Has someone created robot programs that do this? Death is too good for them.

The least you can probably do is to disallow anonymous comments. Then you can complain to Blogger about the abusive user. There are robots to clean it up in some other blog sites but I have yet to see one for Blogger.
