If a picture is worth a thousand words, I’ve just done my day’s writing, and tomorrow’s and the next day’s, as well…
It’s all done, except for the final inspections—first by the town inspector, and then by Nstar. After that, we throw the big red switch, and electricity starts flowing from the rooftop!

Congratulations!
For some reason, when I looked at the pictures I couldn't stop focusing on the chimney. A chimney surrounded by solar panels. Something about that is just really cool. Or maybe ironic?

Hopefully your inspections get completed faster than ours did for our solar power. Took about 2 months for them as they were backed up out here in Arizona.
Was reading the Chaos series again and noticed how long it's been since book 4 came out. I'm really looking forward to the next book.

Town inspector should be here next week, and Nstar soon after. They seem well geared up for it here, as there's a big push for solar in Massachusetts. Fingers crossed.
As for Chaos 5, I'll find out soon what my writing group thinks of my solution to one of the problems that was plaguing me in writing the closing chapters.
